OPEN WATER DIVER (OWD)
Open Water Diver course is for those of you who have not been underwater with the scuba equipment yet and would like to take up this beautiful sport. After completion the course, you will master fundamental theory and safe diving principles. In our centre the quality of the course and individual approach are the priority!
The course lasts ca 4-5 days and consists of theoretical teaching, classes in closed water (swimming pool), classes in open water (sea) and the final test.
During theoretical teaching you will get information and skills which each diver must know before going underwater with the breathing apparatus.
After successful accomplishing theoretical training you will practice diving in closed water. For the first time you will make good use of what you have learnt so far.
You have managed theory and preparation in the pool, therefore the real adventure can start! You will experience the first moments in the seawater kingdom, in the world of silence, peace and rest. During lessons in open water you will practice skills and knowledge acquired in the course.
After successful accomplishing the course you will get the SSI certificate permitting you to dive into the depth of up to 18 m in all waters worldwide! If you want to take a deeper look and to widen your scuba diving skills, we will be happy to welcome you to special courses for advanced divers.
The price of the course also includes study materials, a swimming pool, dives and the loan of the equipment.
